Elena Stowell’s new book Flowing with the Go is set to be released on July 10 and is now available for preorder on BQB’s website.

Due to the popularity among the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community, Stowell’s book was translated into Brazilian Portuguese and is available internationally in both English and Brazilian Portuguese.

Stowell will be will be traveling to Brazil in August for their Bienal Internaciional do livro de Sao Paulo book festival.
