I am writing to offer my wholehearted support for Pam McCain, the City Counsel candidate for Black Diamond.

I have known Pam for eight years, first as a customer and more recently as a family friend. As a woman, Pam McCain holds strong family values and a world view that mirrors that of most of the constituents in our counsel. As City Counsel, she will represent the people of the Black Diamond honorably and ensure that our voice is heard.

Pam has the common-sense approach and drive needed to make a difference in the future of Black Diamond. I cannot stress enough my confidence in Pam McCain.
