A new Red Robin restaurant, scheduled to open in Covington June 16, has begun hiring a workforce of more than 100 full-time and part-time employees.
A spokeswoman for the international chain of restaurants said prospective employees can inquire at the new eatery’s location – part of a new shopping center on the corner of 272nd and 185th that will include a Home Depot store – or call (253) 880-5941.
Todd Gordon is the general manager of the 5,164-square-feet Covington restaurant, which he said will have “a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.”
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc., whose restaurants feature burgers, appetizers, entrees, salads and beverages, is based in Greenwood Village, Colo. Founded in 1969, the company operates 380 restaurants in the United States and Canada, including corporate-owned locations and franchises.
