King County councilman Reagan Dunn will hand over the keys to three “retired” King County Metro vans on Tuesday to Vine Maple Place, the Tahoma School District Transitions Program, and Real Life Church of Covington.

The vans are part of a Council adopted program to donate retired vans from Metro’s Vanpool program to local nonprofit organizations to provide transportation for the disabled, low-income, young adults, and senior citizens. Governments, agencies and organizations that receive the vans must meet specific requirements.
