LARCENY

• A theft was reported at 8:51 p.m. on Aug. 15 at Office Depot, 16913 SE 270th Place.

• A vehicle theft was reported at 9:55 a.m. on Aug. 15 from a residential driveway on the 18800 block of Southeast 270th Street.

• Police reported a theft arrest at 9:58 p.m. on Aug. 14 at Kohl’s, 17002 SE 270th Place.

• A bicycle was reported stolen at 7:48 p.m. on Aug. 14 outside of Fred Meyer, 16520 Maple Valley Black Diamond Road SE.

• Property was reported stolen at 7:38 p.m. on Aug. 14 from an unlocked vehicle parked in a residential driveway on the 26800 block of 195th Court Southeast.

• A van was reported stolen at 4:40 p.m. on Aug. 14 from the Covington Library, 27100 164th Ave. SE, parking lot.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 3 p.m. on Aug. 14 from a residential driveway on the 25200 block of 234th Avenue Southeast.

• Shoplifting of a 12 pack of beer was reported at 2 p.m. on Aug.. 14 at QFC, 22131 SE 237th St. Possible shoplifting of a bottle of liquor was reported 30 minutes later.

• Sunglasses and a vehicle registration were reported stolen at 10:33 a.m. on Aug. 14 from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 26900 block of 196th Avenue Southeast.

• A wallet was reported stolen at 8:10 p.m. on Aug. 12 from an unsecured vehicle parked at McDonalds, 23225 state Route 169.

DRIVING

• Reckless driving and DUI was reported at 7:45 p.m. on Aug. 16 on the 19000 block of Southeast 243rd Street.

• A driving under the influence arrest was made at 11:13 p.m. on Aug. 9 on the 19500 block of Southeast 272nd Street.

WEAPON

• An involuntary committal was reported at 916 p.m. on Aug. 11 after an individual was found in possession of a firearm without a permit at Safeway, 26916 state Route 169.

FRAUD

• Potential check fraud was reported at 5:54 p.m. on Aug. 13 by a man living on the 23700 block of 230th Place Southeast.

• Check fraud was reported at 4:54 p.m. on Aug. 14  by an individual living on the 21500 block of Southeast 273rd Court.

• A telephone fraud involving an attempt to solicit money was reported at 2:33 p.m. on Aug. 12 by an individual living on the 19900 block of Southeast 267th Place.

SEX OFFENSE

• Police received a report at 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 12 of a mother living on the 19200 block of Southeast 269th Street who stated her juvenile son joined a chat room and obtained nude photos of an unknown young-looking female.

WARRANT

• An issued arrest warrant was reported at 9:42 a.m. on Aug. 13 at the Fred Meyer, 16735 SE 272nd St., parking lot.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• A female called police at 4:48 p.m. on Aug 13 to turn over a children’s doll she found in her driveway that featured swastika’s and white supremacist markings.

BUSINESS LICENSE VIOLATION

• Police received a report from an individual living on the 28200 block of 224th Place Southeast at 8:20 p.m. on Aug. 13 that a subject claiming affiliation with the fire department spray painted house numbers on the curb.

THREATS

• Threats over Facebook were reported at 11 p.m. on Aug. 14 by an individual living on the 2200 block of Southeast 270th Street.

• A female hair stylist at Sports Clips, 17307 SE 272nd St., reported a telephone threat related to a haircut at 7:13 p.m. on Aug. 19.
