Metropolitan King County Council – 1:30 p.m.

Councilmembers are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on:

  • An ordinance approving public transportation service changes for March 2016 that include countywide service changes and the extension of RapidRide C and D Lines funded by the city of Seattle through the transit service funding agreement with King County (Ordinance 2015-0349).
  • An ordinance approving public transportation service changes to integrate with the Link light rail extension to Capitol Hill and the University of Washington (Substitute Ordinance 2015-0350.2).
  • A motion relating to the treatment of individuals for transit violations (Substitute Motion 2015-0256.2).
  • A motion accepting the annual progress report on the implementation of the King County veterans and human services levy service improvement plan (Motion 2015-0245).
  • A motion acknowledging receipt of and approving a report on the summary pf usage of the King County men’s winter shelter for 2014-2015, an analysis of alternative shelter locations and a description of potential opportunities for shelter related coordination with the city of Seattle (Motion 2015-0295).
