Maple Valley will host a free screening of “The Watershed Report” at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13 at the Tahoma Middle School auditorium.
“The Watershed Report” is an award winning short film series narrated entirely by local high school students on sustainability trends across multiple sectors in the Cedar River and Lake Washington watershed.
This film is by Friends of the Cedar River and co-hosted by Tahoma School District and the city of Maple Valley.
Tahoma High School students will emcee the film screening and facilitate the audience questions and comments. Attendees will also have an opportunity to hear from the school district and the city on positive advances in sustainability practices in our communities.
