Kentwood girls golf coach awarded ‘Golf Coach of the Year’

Cheryl Havener, a member of Meridian Valley Country Club, has been awarded the distinguished honor of "The Golf Coach of the Year" by the Executive Board of the Washington State Coaches Association.

Cheryl Havener, a member of Meridian Valley Country Club, has been awarded the distinguished honor of “The Golf Coach of the Year” by the Executive Board of the Washington State Coaches Association.

Havener coaches the girl’s golf team at Kentwood High School which placed third at the 4A State Golf Championship.
