Scores of Maple Valley residents rose in the early hours of the day to attend the eighth annual Greater Maple Valley Community Center Benefit Breakfast on March 15.
This year’s Mrs. Pacific Northwest, Larissa Long, acted as the mistress of ceremonies. The event included a raffle and a message from the Center’s director, Lynn Roberts, who will be retiring at the end of the month.
King County Councilman Reagan Dunn and state Rep. Jay Rodne, R-North Bend, were schedule to speak but were unable to attend.
