The Maple Valley Police Department’s Bicycle Safety Rodeo will be held at 9 a.m. to noon on June 19 at Glacier Park Elementary School.

The school is located at 23700 SE 280th St..

The course is designed to teach children proper street bicycling techniques and features a real stop light, street signs and a helmet and bike fitting station.

Award certificates will be provided to all participants.

There will be limited number of bicycles that participants may borrow, as well, if they do not have their own or cannot bring one to the event.
