Kentwood JROTC brings home awards from drill championship

Kentwood Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps participated in the JROTC drill championship at Graham-Kapowsin High School on March 16.

Kentwood Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps participated in the JROTC drill championship at Graham-Kapowsin High School on March 16.

Kentwood took first place in the Armed Drill category. The team commander, Chris Salois, was also awarded the first place plaque for best team commander. Hayden Lasher finished a strong third in the Individual Armed Drill category.
