Tahoma High School’s girls volleyball team was selected as the Covington Maple Valley Reporter’s Athletes of the Week for Nov. 30.

“Tahoma Volleyball finished fifth in state this season, tying their best showing ever in the tournament. The Bears finished an outstanding regular season with a record of 13-1 and an overall record of 33-4, including two tournament wins during the season. The team had incredible talent and leadership and especially valued its four seniors: Paige Anthony, Sadie Byrd, Layne Cooper and Kaileahna McCollum.”
