Kentwood boys wrestling undefeated

The Kentwood Conks won their sixth match of the season against Kentlake High School on Wednesday, Jan. 10 at Kentwood High School.

The final score of the match was 65-4 with each weight class winning their individual matches with ease.

The Conks just recently beat Kennedy Catholic High School on Jan. 11, 61-12, also at Kentwood High School.

Their next match is a tournament called MP Premier Tournament that will take place at Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Marysville, Washington.

The tournament begins at 9:30 a.m. and there are 15 teams taking part in the tournament.

Kentwood’s overall placement in the 4A Cascade Boy’s Wrestling league is first place and they are undefeated.

Tahoma High School is in fourth place and Kentlake High School is in sixth place.
