Has Been University completed an undefeated season and back-to-back championship runs by defeating the highly talented, second seeded Old Guys 80-50 May 21.

When the teams met during the regular season the game was decided on a last-second finger roll by Has Been University’s Kevin Brazille.

Both teams were playing in their fourth game in ten days, but Has Been University controlled the game from the opening tip. Double-teaming Leeroy Courville was Has Been University’s game plan, forcing him to take contested shots all night. The Old Guys had a difficult time controlling rebounds grabbing only four in the game.

Has Been University forced the ball inside to Mike Guardipee who had 26 points and was forced to respect Chris Riley who drained 10 three-pointers in the semi-final game and 2010 League MVP Brazille.
