- NO CONTACT VIOLATION: Lawson Street. Officers were dispatched to a residence on Lawson Street for a possible violation of a domestic violence, no contact order. Through prior investigations at the residence, officers were aware the order was valid and the husband was prohibited from being there. Upon arrival the husband fled out the back of the residence and was apprehended a few moments later, hiding in some nearby brushes. Officers were advised that the wife was in the residence, but she was not answering the door or phone. Upon entry into the residence officers learned the wife was in the shower and was unaware her husband was at the residence. The husband was booked into Buckley jail.
- FIGHTING: the 31100 block of 3rd Avenue. Officers were dispatched to a commercial business on 3rd Avenue about two intoxicated men fighting. The caller advised one man had already fled, but ran his truck into the corner of the building. Officers talked to the caller who said the two men were fighting because one friend felt the other friend was too intoxicated to drive. Officers attempted to identify the friend that left, but the intoxicated man refused to cooperate. Officers were able to identify the subject that fled in the truck since he used his credit card at the business. The subject was eventually contacted by officers and he said he made arrangements to reimburse the business for the damages, which officers verified was true. No charges were filed in this incident at the request of the business and uncooperative intoxicated friend.
- MOTORCYLE THEFT: 30400 block of 234th Ave SE. Officers were dispatched to a report of a stolen motorcycle on 234th Avenue southeast. Through investigation officers learned a homeowner had his off-road motorcycle stolen from his carport. Officers completed their investigation by processing the area for evidence.
