A Maple Valley organization that rescues abused or neglected horses will host a fund-raising tack sale and raffle today.

The event at Serenity Equine Rescue, located at 28818 216th Way S.E., is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Items for sale include blankets, English and Western saddles, grooming supplies and Arabian costumes. Proceeds will benefit the rescue program.
