DELIVERY THWARTED: 16200 block of Southeast 251st Street. Someone stole a package delivered by UPS from a homeowner’s front porch.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: 19600 block of Southeast 272nd Street. A student at Cedar Heights Middle School was caught with a glass marijuana pipe.

PLAYING TOO LOUD: 19400 block of Southeast 266th Street. A man in the Timberlane neighborhood was warned that allowing a rock band to practice in his back yard could get him cited for a noise violation.

VANDALISM: 16700 block of Southeast 271st Street. A car parked in the Covington City Hall lot was vandalized. It appeared as though someone dragged a key across the car’s paint leaving a horizontal scratch about eight to 10 inches long.

SECURITY CLAW O’ DEATH: A woman damaged a laptop when she tried to remove it from its security restraints at Walmart.

CAR PROWL: 22400 block of Southeast 244th Street. After parking her car with the windows rolled down in front of her home a woman reported that someone had stolen $2 in loose change from the ash tray, rifled through the glove box and other areas of the car.

THREATENING CALLS: 24700 block of Southeast 237th Place Southeast. A woman called a man four times at his home, asking for him by name, then made threats against another woman.

BURGLARY: 25800 of Lake Wilderness Drive. Someone entered an unlocked car, stole the garage door opener from inside, then used the opener to go into the home the car was parked in front of and steal items from inside.
