LARCENY

• A burglary was reported at 4:40 p.m. on July 7 at a vacant two story house located on the 26300 block of 187th Court Southeast.

• A burglary was reported at 11:45 a.m. on July 7 at Lakeside Industries, 18808 SE 256th St.

• A lawnmower and two bicycles were reported stolen at 2:02 p.m. on July 2 from a residential garage on the 28600 block of 224th Place Southeast.

• An iPad was reported stolen from 7:55 a.m. on July 2 from a vehicle parked in a driveway on the 24100 block of 228th Avenue Southeast.

ASSAULT

• A fourth-degree assault was reported at 6:59 p.m. on July 7 after party-goers assaulted a home owner who was trying to break up an argument inside a private residence on the 25600 block of 160th Place Southeast.

SEX OFFENSE

• A sex offense reported by a 16-year-old female was referred to police from a University of Washington social worker at 10:21 a.m. on June 8. Police said the incident involved a physical domestic argument at the family home on the 26600 block of 170th Avenue Southeast.
