An ordinance relating to the class action settlement agreement negotiated between the County and plaintiffs in Dolan V. King County; approving and adopting the agreement and directing the Executive to implement the terms of the agreement (Ordinance 2013-0025).
An ordinance providing for the submission to voters a proposition authorizing a six-year property tax levy for the purpose of maintaining and operating the King County Parks System (Ordinance 2013-0112).
