David Pilgrim is the right choice for Maple Valley City Council

I have known Dave Pilgrim for many years and worked with him on the Maple Valley City Council. Dave has continuously volunteered his time to our community and Washington state. He has served on several Tahoma School District committees and is an active member of the Association of Washington Generals.

I have known Dave Pilgrim for many years and worked with him on the Maple Valley City Council. Dave has continuously volunteered his time to our community and Washington state. In all the years I have known Dave, he has put the well being of the citizens of Maple Valley as his top priority in decision making. He is thoughtful and weighs all the facts before taking a vote. Dave is willing to make tough decisions, regardless of their effect on his own popularity. He is a fiscal conservative when it comes to budgeting and spending the taxpayer’s money.

With major challenges facing Maple Valley’s future, such as the Donut Hole and budget shortfalls, I believe that Dave, with his careful insight, will be the best person to make the right decisions. As a former business owner and now a manager of an independent hardware store, he has the everyday, real-world experience of making payroll and controlling expenses, while still serving customers with exceptional diligence.

I support Dave Pilgrim in his re-election bid and ask that you give him your vote of confidence.
